To provide appointment assistance, we may collect the applicant’s name, date of birth, gender, email address, mobile/WhatsApp number, passport number, passport issue place and dates, nationality, national ID if supplied, destination country, visa type, occupation, preferred medical city, booking reference, and transaction status.

- To review and process the requested appointment assistance.
- To submit required information to the applicable appointment or registration system.
- To communicate booking status, payment status, appointment information, and support responses.
- To prevent fraud, maintain transaction records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

Payment Information
Online payments are processed on CCAvenue’s hosted payment page. We do not collect or store complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP, net-banking password, or similar payment credentials. We receive only the transaction and payment-status information required to identify and support the booking.
Sharing of Information
We may share only the information reasonably required to fulfil the booking with the applicable official appointment/registration system, authorised medical-centre ecosystem, technical service providers, email/communication providers, payment processor, professional advisers, or authorities where required by law. We do not sell applicant personal information.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted website connections and restricted administrative access. No internet transmission is completely risk-free, so customers should not send payment passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, CVV, or other unnecessary secrets.
Data Retention
Booking and transaction records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the service, provide customer support, handle refunds or disputes, meet accounting requirements, and comply with applicable law. Information that is no longer required may be securely deleted or anonymised.
Your Choices and Rights
You may ask us to correct inaccurate contact or booking information before processing. Subject to legal and operational requirements, you may also request information about your stored data or ask for deletion of data that is no longer required. Some booking and transaction records must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
