Fees and Payment Information

WAFIDSlips provides independent online appointment assistance for applicants booking WAFID/GAMCA medical appointments for GCC countries.

Amount Collected on This Website

Appointment-assistance and processing fee: ₹1,500 per applicant.

The exact payable amount is shown on the booking page before the customer accepts the policies and continues to CCAvenue. This fee covers review of the submitted applicant information, appointment-registration assistance, booking coordination, digital delivery of the booking update/slip, and appointment-related support.

Fees Not Automatically Included

Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, the ₹1,500 assistance amount does not include medical examination charges, re-test charges, visa charges, attestation charges, travel expenses, or other medical-centre/third-party costs. Any applicable official registration or third-party charge will be identified separately.

Medical Examination Fee

The medical examination fee is set or collected by the assigned authorised medical centre and can vary by country, city, centre, and current rules. An indicative medical-centre charge may be around ₹9,500, but customers must verify the latest amount with the allocated centre. This medical-centre amount is separate from the WAFIDSlips appointment-assistance fee and is not collected by this website unless specifically displayed at checkout.

Secure Online Payment

Online payments are processed on CCAvenue’s hosted payment page. Available payment methods—such as cards, UPI, net banking, or wallets—are displayed by CCAvenue according to the merchant account, bank approval, transaction, and customer device. WAFIDSlips does not collect card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP, or net-banking passwords.

Confirmation and Receipt

After payment, keep the CCAvenue transaction reference and WAFIDSlips booking reference. A successful payment is confirmed only after the gateway response is verified against the booking amount and reference.

Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the booking-processing status. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy before payment.
